The room and bathroom were clean, and we slept well. The mattresses felt quite soft, though. We had enough space, with three small tables, two comfortable chairs and a cabinet for hanging clothes. The TV was small but fine for us, and the Wi-Fi worked well. We arrived around 19:30. The building didn’t look very inviting from outside, but there’s a large car park and a path leading straight into the forest. Nobody was at reception at first; after we rang the bell, a young woman came and gave us the key. The bathroom had a toilet and a small shower cubicle, but nowhere to put soap or shampoo. We found those in a drawer under the sink. The towels were large and good quality. There didn’t seem to be ventilation, so we opened the window for fresh air. Breakfast the next morning was fairly average, though reasonable for the price. All told, it was a good night and a pleasant breakfast for what we paid.

We’ve been back here before, and would happily return again. The rooms are roomy and very good, and the hotel is clean. It’s in a nice spot in the woods, with really friendly staff. Highly recommend.

We came for a family reunion, and everyone on staff went out of their way to make the stay lovely. The service was warm and helpful, and our room was clean with everything we needed. We all enjoyed using the restaurant for snacks, drinks and dinner, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel sits at the edge of Ede by the forest, with beautiful heather fields and Dutch woodland nearby. There were plenty of guests setting off with bikes or walking shoes to explore.
