When Grecia isn't at breakfast, you really feel the difference. Decaf is harder to get, and the whole atmosphere and energy seem different. I stay at this Hoofddorp hotel often because it's opposite my office, and it has become a second home. The hotel is great, but the people, especially Grecia, are what make it special. There's no decaf in the machines or sachets at breakfast. From my first day, Grecia went out of her way to make me one every morning, and it was honestly perfect. She remembers, anticipates what I need, and does it all with such warmth and positivity that the day starts better. It may seem like a small thing, but that care and consistency change the experience. Hotels talk about customer experience, and Grecia shows what that means in practice. She's a real asset and one of the main reasons I look forward to coming back. Thank you, Grecia. You make a real difference.

Mohammad was especially wonderful during our meal. The server was friendly, attentive, and quick, handling everything with a smile and making sure we were comfortable. Their positive attitude and professionalism made us feel welcome, and everything felt just right. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel restaurant. Thanks for making our visit so enjoyable. The room was comfortable, and room service was efficient. There's also a small kiosk for snacks and drinks. The hotel is well located near Schiphol Airport, with an easy terminal connection and just a few hundred meters' walk from the train. But the air conditioning wouldn't let me control the room temperature. It was stuck at 21 degrees, which felt cold during my visit, and I was uncomfortable and cold all night. I travel a lot, and I know hotels commonly use room monitoring systems, but this isn't acceptable for a four-star chain at this price.

The location is a real plus. It's close to the train station, so getting to Amsterdam city center is quick and easy, and the reception staff clearly explained how to get there as well as useful information about the hotel. They were attentive and professional. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and good quality. There was a used tissue on the floor when we arrived, which was a bit surprising. Aside from that, we had a very pleasant stay, and I recommend the hotel.
