Such a beautiful location, with clean, spacious rooms and really good customer service. The food was amazing, too. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Terschelling.

We spent three nights here and loved the atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and our room was beautiful with really comfortable beds. Having the bus stop right beside the place made getting around easy. I'd definitely recommend it and come back :)

The shared areas at the Walvisvaarder feel like one huge living room full of friends. You can tell the hotel is run with all its heart, with a real desire to make guests feel at home. Looking forward to seeing you all again!

The bartender was great, and the staff were friendly. We had a good breakfast, and the rooms were pretty good, though they seem to range from cosy to large. The location can vary from great to just okay, but the island location itself is perfect, with a good choice of restaurants within a 15-minute bike ride.

The dinner setup is unusual, but I think the rotating menu, changing every few weeks, works well. People get something different each day, service is quick, and the food remains good quality. The staff are friendly and easy to approach. The rooms are spacious and well organised, and the cleaners keep them in good shape. The hotel is in a perfect spot in the centre of Terschelling. I'm very happy with the accommodation and can confidently recommend it to everyone.
