The reception was told straight away, but even though I didn't spend a single night there, the hotel refused to refund me and ignored my follow-up messages. Completely unacceptable. I checked in, looked around the room, and left immediately. Spiders were crawling around, the air was stale, and the dishwasher held dirty standing water that smelled terrible. It seemed like the room hadn't been cleaned or maintained in a long time. I was seriously worried about the hygiene, especially for anyone with allergies, young children, or pets. It felt like a breeding ground for bacteria and mold, and I wouldn't risk staying there for one night. I work in the travel industry, and I can confidently say to avoid this resort for your health and peace of mind. It felt unsafe and unsanitary, not just disappointing.

The Dormio Area was clean, well maintained, and a lovely place to stay. We arrived earlier than expected but were allowed to check in an hour before the official time, thank you! The hotel is modern and in a wonderful location. There was one small issue: our shower water only reached 25 degree Celsius. We contacted staff on the official WhatsApp number, and they said technicians were on their way. When we got back from our city trip, it had been fixed. That's top service. Thanks for the hospitality, we'll definitely come back!

I had to cancel the reservation by phone, and the staff were extremely arrogant. They wouldn't even send a simple email to booking.com to sort out the cancellation. They said things like “this is the last word” and “I’m going to end this call if you don’t agree”.
