The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms had plenty of space. Having a fridge, kitchen, and utensils made the stay really convenient. Best of all, the hotel sits right beside the central train station, so getting around Rotterdam was easy. The city itself is fantastic to visit, and this was a great base for it.

The cleaning lady was so lovely to us, and the staff in general were polite and helpful. We stayed over New Year's Eve and were glad we chose this place. It felt private, was well organised, and had everything we needed for cooking.

Having a small apartment style hotel right in the middle of rotterdam made our week much easier. The location is great, with loads of transport options, and the staff were really helpful.

We made good use of the location for trips around the Rotterdam area, starting from Central Station. The lobby's fresh ground coffee in the morning was a treat, and each floor had handy laundry facilities. Our room was spacious and clean, with a kitchenette we didn't use much, plus restaurants nearby. The bed was fairly comfortable, the linens were good, and we appreciated being able to swap them when needed. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat when we're in the area.
