I was here on my own for one night and got a free room upgrade. The building is older, but my room was super clean and the bed was neatly made. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. For this price, not many other options offer as much. The location is amazing, about three minutes from the beach and maybe two from the tram.

ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED! The photos are completely misleading, the room reeks of mold and the bathroom is extremely small. The staff were also extremely rude and unhelpful.

The staff were very nice and polite, and we enjoyed our stay. We booked a fairly large, spacious three-bed basement room with access to the backyard patio. The staircase was a little too narrow for my liking, but we got up and down without injuring ourselves. The location was perfect, close to the beach and transit, with city sights easy to reach by tram.

We had a great day trip to den hauge and stayed the night here. The staff were really friendly, and the accommodations were perfect. Thanks so much!

We left after only about 15-20 minutes. The room wasn't clean, there was barely any soap, and there was hair on the bed. A bedside lamp had its cord lying on the floor, and the outlet next to it was sealed off. Opening the balcony door filled the room with a petrol smell. It was also incredibly noisy, we could hear everything in the building, from tap water to whispers. The balcony was easy for other people to reach by the stairs, its door gave way with a small push, the bathroom door wouldn't lock, and the room door had only a small slide bolt. The receptionist seemed surprised by our complaints, despite 80% of the reviews being terrible. We hadn't checked them beforehand. There are much better hotels in the area for this price range. Never stay here.
