The location was amazing, but our room had no hot water when we arrived. With no staff on site, we had to call, and it took several tries to reach anyone. When we did, the person seemed skeptical and more or less accused us of making it up. The manager didn’t seem eager to fix it. After a lot of back and forth with Booking.com, the problem was finally sorted on the third day of our four-day trip. We didn’t feel safe or listened to, and I won’t book here again.

We spent three nights here and had no problems at all. The location is excellent, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Our room had no hot water, and it took ages to reach a staff member after we contacted them. They didn’t believe us, so we couldn’t shower for more than two days. Only after we convinced them it still wasn’t working and we weren’t lying did they move us to another room. They’ve offered compensation, but why did it take over two days? I wouldn’t recommend staying here or come back. Update: the property manager just called and threatened me over leaving a review. Avoid this place!

I’m glad I found a nice self-check-in hotel right in the centre of Den Haag. My wife and I had a good couple of nights here. The room was clean, and I loved the interior. The manager communicated well whenever we had questions. We also liked the restaurants nearby and having a good supermarket around the corner. We’ll definitely come back.

Really good stay. The place was well equipped, in a good spot, and the surroundings were quiet. Thanks, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
