The restaurant food was good, and the staff were great. But some odd design choices make this a frustrating airport hotel. The shower water never got above roughly 34 degrees Celsius. There were no power sockets beside the bed, only USB and USB-C outlets; the closest regular socket was about two metres away and only worked when the room light was on. Every half hour or so, an annoying hum would start up for around 10 minutes, presumably from the ventilation.

I was there for 11 nights, and nobody cleaned the room or replaced the towels or bed linen during that time. Dust from the air recovery system was everywhere.

It was quite cold in the room because the heater didn't work. The room was fairly clean, though a bit dated, and the lamps by the bed were broken.

I expected to hear planes because of the airport, but the rooms were so quiet I couldn't hear anything. Breakfast had a great selection, and the staff were extremely friendly.
