P-Hotels Brattøra

I booked a room for 1100 nok because I was tired and needed a place to sleep, then found out parking was another 300 nok, an absurd price. The bathroom door and its dispenser were damaged, the dispenser was open, and the sink was clogging. The second-floor interior was very dirty. The website labels private parking, but I couldn't find any for the hotel. Breakfast and coffee weren't included in the room price either. Save your money and stay somewhere else. This place is a rip off, and I don't recommend it.

I've stayed here three times in different years. The rooms were okay and clean, and the wifi was good. For the price, I honestly think they do their best. They were really helpful when I left my luggage there too. #Sergio

The second room still smelled, and there were water stains on the walls and ceiling. In the first room, it was musty, the heating was turned all the way up in summer and couldn't be adjusted, and the AC didn't work. I had to ask several times before staff, who seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in finding a solution, moved me, and that only happened from the second night. My luggage had to be stored in between, while they rented out the defective room straight away. There was also a lot of noise in many rooms from the train station right behind the hotel: trains, announcements, and bright light came through curtains that didn't block enough. The hotel had defective fire alarms and open safety cabinets. There were very few parking spots, far away, unlit, and full of garbage, at 25 € per night. Completely unacceptable for this price. Hostels and motels are much better. Worst hotel I've ever experienced!

Omg, I only managed a few hours here and couldn't stay. It stunk, and cats cried all night. Not pleasant at all. Maybe it's okay if you're a backpacker. It's close to the train station and town, but look around because there are plenty of other places, and this wasn't cheap either.
