Kasara Resort - Chitwan National Park

I left my AirPods in the room and had already gone to Pokhara, but within a day they sent them along with a staff member who was travelling there. That kindness was unmatched, and I can’t wait to visit again. Between the gorgeous, spacious, clean rooms, incredible food, and the best safaris and canoeing, choosing a hotel in Chitwan is easy. The hospitality is the epitome of what it should be.

The food and atmosphere were very good, and the resort itself is beautiful and peaceful. But the service coordination needs work. I had to ask for drinks several times before they arrived, and there was confusion about the alcoholic drink included in our package. That was disappointing and wasn’t explained clearly. The event schedule board was there, but timings weren’t communicated clearly. Text or WhatsApp updates would help avoid confusion. The food and setting were great, but service and communication need to improve to match the premium experience.

The jungle guide was friendly and knowledgeable, which made the safari both informative and enjoyable. We also really liked the delicious, well-prepared food and its good variety. We had a peaceful, memorable stay at Kasara Resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with lovely natural scenery around them, and the service was warm, professional, and attentive throughout. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We loved it and would happily recommend Kasara Resort.

We stayed at Kasara Resort on a 2 nights / 3 days package that included breakfast, lunch, dinner, canoeing, jeep safari, Tharu cultural dance, and a village tour. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and didn’t meet expectations. The Wi-Fi never worked during our stay. We told staff at least 5-6 times, and although they repeatedly said they would fix it, nobody followed up or resolved it. There was no update or communication either. The food was also very poor. Some dishes seemed like leftovers from the previous day and didn’t taste fresh. For a resort presented as luxurious, the food was far below standard. The staff were polite and friendly, but service overall was lacking. The resort didn’t feel as luxurious as advertised, and the experience didn’t match what we paid. We didn’t get value for money and wouldn’t recommend this package based on our stay.
