The vegetarian breakfast and dinner were a real highlight, with an impressive range of fresh, flavorful dishes. Pallina and Bhim at the restaurant were attentive, welcoming, and genuinely caring, always smiling and making sure I had what I needed. The front desk team also greeted me warmly and efficiently, so I felt at ease as soon as I arrived. I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Kathmandu, with delicious food, comfortable accommodation, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning on my next visit.

Spectacular views, fantastic food, and great accommodations. The staff were the most professional I've ever dealt with, without question. It was a beautiful hotel, and I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Nepal.

The staff across the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, driving service, and pool made me feel at home. Each person was kind and ready to help. I spent two days at Hilton Kathmandu, and from arrival on, everyone greeted me with a smile and made sure I was comfortable. It was a lovely stay, and I’m already hoping to return. Thanks for the great memories.

The breakfast stood out most for me. There was a huge range of fresh food for different diets, and the staff even offered to make dishes from scratch for our kids. The rooms were roomy, modern, spotless, and had comfortable beds, with beautiful city and mountain views. Staff at reception, the restaurant, and room service were consistently thoughtful and helpful. The hotel is close to the main sights but still peaceful, and the rooftop bar has a sweeping view of Kathmandu. Everything was clean and well equipped. After traveling and living in Europe and North America, I hadn't stayed anywhere quite like this. It exceeded what I expected, from the day we arrived until we left. I’d happily recommend Hilton Kathmandu.

Getting around was easy, with a taxi ride of about 15 minutes to either the airport or Thamel, and ordering a cab was simple. The hotel felt safe, and we were told the building is seismic resistant. The rooftop pool area had lovely views, though the pool was a little cold. The jacuzzi was hot. I also loved the lounge, with its great outlook, friendly waiters, and happy hour from 5pm to 7pm, including good food and drinks. Everyone working there was kind and helpful. Breakfast had a good buffet with options from Nepal and India as well as the US and Europe. My room had a balcony overlooking the Kathmandu valley. It was very nice, with clean, comfortable bedding and a modern bathroom. The shower got very hot and had strong pressure. The welcome from all the staff was wonderful. For me, this was the best place to stay in Kathmandu, and I hope I can come back.
