The staff made this stay, everyone I met was welcoming, warm, and courteous. Ms. Kabita Rayamajhi, the Accommodation Manager, was professional and hospitable, and Sneha and Rojina made breakfast and dinner memorable with attentive, warm service. The hotel has restaurants on site, and the rooftop setting is especially worth visiting. The gym and spa center added a lot to my stay too. I had a comfortable, well maintained room with city views, and the rooftop has a beautiful city view and a relaxing feel. The hotel is centrally located, close to several excellent restaurants, and Thamel is an easy walk away. Highly recommended for comfort and hospitality.

The location is excellent, and I'd definitely return. The spa was a highlight, especially the trekker’s massage, which I highly recommend. The therapist was extremely professional, and the massage was truly relaxing. I also loved the rooftop terrace, with cozy daybeds where you can lie down or lean back halfway, watch the sunset, and have really delicious food brought to you. It was an amazing experience. This hotel was the absolute highlight of my time in Kathmandu, with beautifully designed, very comfortable rooms.

Breakfast was a lovely start to each day, with plenty of tasty choices. Manager Santosh Giri was kind and helpful, and Anup made tea with such warmth and care. The reception team were welcoming and supportive throughout our stay too. Hotel Ambassador was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. We loved the little Christmas note and cookies waiting in our room. It was a thoughtful touch that made the holiday feel special. The staff were courteous and went out of their way to handle our food preferences, and the breakfast buffet had a good range of choices. The Ambassador is in a quiet, safe-feeling embassy area, but Thamel's cafes and shops are just a short walk away. The hotel is well kept and service was prompt. A fantastic stay, highly recommended.

What a great team. Manisha and Prabha at reception, Amrit and Mr Shishir from F& B, and the rest of the staff were professional and helpful with information. They really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I highly recommend the hotel and its staff.
