The transport was well organized, and the staff were welcoming and cooperative throughout our Nepal trip. We stayed at Nilkatha Hotel for 6 days and 5 nights while on a Pashupatinath Yatra. The rooms were clean and had nice amenities, and the food was good and hygienic. It was a comfortable, well-arranged stay, and I'd recommend it to pilgrims and families visiting Nepal. Big thanks. The staff helped make our stay comfortable and memorable, and I really appreciated Mr. Agni's attentive, professional, and welcoming approach as the owner. He was also ready to help with things beyond the hotel, always with sincere care and a great attitude. If you're looking for good value and warm hospitality in Kathmandu, Hotel Nilakantha feels about as close to home as you can get. I'd highly recommend staying there.

The staff were polite and supportive, and the rooms were very clean and hygienic. It's only a 10-minute walk to pashupatinath temple. The food was tasty and served hot.

I felt safe during my stay, and the rooms were clean and well looked after. The owner was kind, flexible, and keen to make sure guests were comfortable. It has a warm, family-friendly feel, and the staff were friendly, quick to respond, and provided excellent service.

The restaurant server was very polite, which was the only okay part of this hotel. The water was poor quality and smelled horrible, the bathrooms were moldy and had an unbearable odor, and there were cockroaches. The sheets and towels were visibly dirty, the walls were dirty, and the paint was chipping. We booked 3 nights, but the owner asked us to leave on the 2nd day and deactivated our key card. Since we prepaid online, we still paid for all three nights. Very unhygienic. Do not go to this hotel.
