The rooms are too small. Two people have to rent a three-sharing bedroom, hot water in the bathroom is a matter of luck, and the staff are rude. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Hotel Sunaulo Inn in Kathmandu has budget-friendly rooms and average amenities. Keep in mind that there’s no laundry service and the bathrooms are small. Some guests may also find the staff rude, which can affect the stay.

I spent two days here and had the worst experience. The stairs smelled of alcohol, and the service was awful. At noon I called to order rice; they agreed, but never brought it. When I complained at reception that evening, they blamed me for not following up instead of looking for a way to fix their mistake. The toilet lock was broken, and I was stuck inside for 20 minutes until they finally broke it open.

The hospitality was nice, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were good. It's very close to tribhuwan international airport, and the food and breakfast were very good too 🙂😊😊

The rooms are average, but the hotel is very expensive compared with Thamel or Sundhara. A veg khana set for lunch or dinner costs almost 500, which may surprise you. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have time.
