Everything nearby made the location really convenient, from restaurants and souvenir shops to bars. We had an amazing stay, and everyone was polite and helpful. Sushmita Baral at reception was especially lovely. I recommend this hotel.

A friend pointed me to this clean, nice place. I added breakfast and was pleased with both the quality and service. Anything I needed was easy to sort out during the stay. I hardly ever leave reviews, but this hotel made things simple.

Sushmita Baral was kind, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay at Kathmandu Eco Hotel. She was always friendly and ready to help, which made things more comfortable and memorable. Really excellent service! 😊🙏🏻

The Indian food was a real letdown for the price. We asked for extra stuffing in the potato parathas, but they arrived with almost no filling. They were poorly made, tasted below average, and didn’t justify the high cost. For a restaurant charging this much, I expected much better. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend it for Indian cuisine.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff were kind and attentive, always willing to help with a real smile. The check-in team, breakfast crew, and Bimal all helped me feel welcome. When unexpected trip changes meant I had to cancel part of my stay, the team handled it with understanding and professionalism. Bimal made a stressful situation much easier, and I’m grateful to him and everyone there. I had a wonderful stay at Kathmandu Eco Hotel, would gladly return, and recommend it to anyone visiting Kathmandu.
