Returning to Nepal with friends after 15 years felt incredibly special, and the warm hospitality at Royal Singi Hotel made it even more memorable. The whole staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. Shreedhar Khanal dai deserves a heartfelt thank you for everything, especially the clear communication and smooth airport-to-hotel arrangements. The coordination was truly A1, and our arrival was stress-free. I'd highly recommend Royal Singi Hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu for comfort and great service from a team that cares.

I've been staying here for the last 3 years, and it's still good value, so I keep choosing it. Thamel is nearby, and Pashupati temple is also 10 minutes away. The stay was okay overall, though the property feels like it's getting old, even if they're managing it well. This time the food wasn't very good, so I had to order from outside.

The second floor housekeeping was top-notch, with spotless rooms and attentive care. Breakfast had a nice variety of delicious choices, and the hotel is well located for major attractions and easy to get around. For a very reasonable price, we got premium amenities and comfort. I had an outstanding stay and highly recommend it for an affordable, convenient, comfortable visit.

My concern was the departure day: before we reached the room to vacate, our luggage had already been set aside, and we weren't allowed to use the bathroom. I wasn't happy and raised it with the Reception desk. The rooms were spacious and clean, though, and the dining hall ambience and food were very good.
