Checkout was the worst part of our New Year stay. They suddenly demanded double the price we had agreed to when booking and said they had never given us the original amount, which wasn’t true. When we insisted on paying only the agreed price, staff became threatening and aggressive. They said we had to pay anyway and threatened to use local power if we didn’t pay double. We didn’t want trouble or a scene, so we felt forced to pay. The food was extremely bad for the price, too. At booking, the staff had been nice and confirmed a fixed price that we accepted. During the stay their tone and language were rude, disrespectful, and intimidating. The place showed no honesty, professionalism, or respect for customers. It felt like a deliberate scam, and I don’t trust this resort to stand by its word. Do not stay here, especially on New Year.

I stayed one night because I wanted to see the beautiful sunrise. The location is good, but it was December and extremely cold.
