The room was tidy, looked modern, and had everything I needed, even though it was the cheapest option and not very spacious. I enjoyed my stay and would come again. The central spot meant some nightlife noise, especially at night, which is to be expected. It was also nice having the tram go past, though the daytime noise could bother some people.

Hotel 115 was spotless, and all the staff were kind and friendly. I loved being able to get a key to use the sauna and spa at the opposite hotel’s facilities, which I especially appreciated as a Finn. The location was ideal for exploring Christchurch, and I couldn’t have asked for more from my stay.

The Maori woman at reception really made me feel welcome. She did a lovely job greeting everyone. This boutique hotel is right in the heart of Christchurch, and I’d absolutely stay here again.

No aircon or fan meant I had to leave the windows open, and then the noise from people walking past late at night was a downside. Apart from that, it was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with a great location for exploring beautiful Christchurch.

New Regent St is only a short walk away, with a good range of bars and places to eat. The tourist tram stops right outside and goes around the CBD, so you can hop on and off whenever you like. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is wonderful.
