We stayed two nights in a roomy, very clean one-bedroom suite. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchenette had everything we needed. It’s a small motel with really friendly owners, and an easy walk gets you to the botanical gardens, supermarket, rail station, and more. By the end, we wished we’d booked a third night.

The apartment was spacious and immaculate, and Barry, Donna and their team gave us great service. Though the location is quiet, it’s close to good restaurants and just a short walk from the George st mall. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Barry was friendly and helpful, and it’s really convenient for getting around Dunedin. The room was warm and quiet, and the bed was so comfortable I nearly cancelled my plans to stay in it. Everything was spotless and set up thoughtfully, like they’d considered what a tired person might need after arriving. I’d stay again without hesitation.

There was free Wi-Fi and Netflix at no extra charge, and the room had everything I could need. It was also spacious, amazingly clean, and smelled lovely when I first walked in, with not a speck of dust. The staff were super kind and friendly too. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Dunedin.
