The rooms and mattresses were dirty, and the owners were horrible, mean, and not friendly at all. Visitors weren't allowed, and we were told not to talk to other people at the motel. In our room, there were mouldy dishes in the oven and wet cigarettes in the bin. There were bed bugs in the mattresses, and the owners refused to do anything about them. Wi-Fi isn't free either: you get 1GB per day for everyone in the room to share, so four people have to split that 1GB. That's false advertising. Just a horrible place all around, 10/10 would not recommend it, not even to the homeless. If I could give it 0 stars, I would!!

It's a great, cheap motel with easy access to everything. It's a little away from the heart of the city, which makes it quieter and more peaceful. I've stayed twice so far and would use it again.

The staff seemed shady, the service was poor, and visitors weren't allowed. The staff weren't child-friendly either. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's the worst motel in the whole world, so you'd be better off going somewhere else before claudelands motel.
