Another motel had made a booking error and our room wasn’t available, so we called the Palms Motel at 9pm. Brooke had everything sorted in five minutes and went beyond what we expected, getting us settled quickly so our four children could get to bed. Fantastic support. Highly recommend.

It’s fairly central, and the internet and TV were okay once reception helped us. The bed got extremely hot under the very thick duvet covers, while the single sheet felt a bit cold.

The room was lovely, well equipped and spotless. Staff recommended a place for dinner, and it was amazing. There was some road work across the road, but we didn’t hear it at night. We’d definitely stay again.

We came across the Palms Motel while trying to get our bearings in Nelson as we travelled through NZ. When we asked for directions, the staff greeted us kindly and called a taxi to our lodging. The Palms looked much nicer than where we were staying. Thanks for the great service. Next time we visit Nelson, it’ll be our first choice for accommodation.
