Starting our Working Holiday Visa year at Kiwi Hosts’ was the best thing that could’ve happened to us. Alison gave us genuinely useful advice and help, and we came away with two wonderful human friends and seven furry ones. The cabins are cozy, and the house rooms are a good place to rest after a long day. There’s a mall nearby, and one bus gets you into the city centre. Still, we usually spent our time in the living room with Alison & Danny and any other guests, watching a movie or laughing together. I really can’t recommend staying with them enough.

A lovely couple welcomed us warmly, and we had plenty of laughs with them. Best homestay ever!

We felt at home as soon as we came through Alison and Danny’s door. They welcomed us like we were returning, not just visiting. We cooked and ate together, laughed a lot, and even had some fun gatherings. Alison was always ready to help when we needed something. Their dogs and cats are lovely, and it’s the kind of place where you can come back and feel completely comfortable. I’d wholeheartedly recommend staying with Alison and Danny. Lots of love, Alisha & Victor

If you’re coming to Auckland to buy a good van and kick off your New Zealand adventure, this is the place to stay. Alison and Danny are real people you’d be glad to meet, not just someone looking to exploit you. Thanks, and best of luck 🍀
