Mountain Magic - Ohakune Holiday Home

We strongly advise against renting this house. It was extremely dirty, with equipment in poor condition, as shown in the pictures. The washing machine didn't work, the Wi-Fi was highly unstable, and there was garbage, including empty beer packs, in the garden outside. We even found a dirty cap behind the couch. The carpet smelled bad and dusty, and that's just part of it. We tried to complain and leave, but the agency managing the property, Bachcare, was useless and disorganized. They offered to send cleaners to deal with the mess, but nobody ever turned up. Don't waste your holiday here, choose somewhere else.
