BK's Rotorua Motor Lodge

Jodi was fantastic, nothing was a problem for her and her customer service was excellent. We hadn't planned on staying here, but our booked motel had no hot water, so we had to find somewhere else once we got to Rotorua. This place turned out nicer than the one we'd booked, clean, tidy and modern, with a perfect location opposite the Central Mall. Facilities and a bus stop were all within walking distance, so we didn't need to hire a car. Good value for money, and we'd definitely recommend it.

A little gem. The bathroom was fantastic, and I loved the spa bath and the thick, soft, fluffy towels. The room was lovely and well appointed, with a kitchen, and the staff were great. Comfy bed too, with lots of spare blankets and pillows in the cupboard.

The room and the whole facility were so clean, neat and tidy. At BK's motor lodge, the studio was good value for the price, with plenty of space, a kitchenette and its own bathroom. The bathroom was huge and had a bathtub, and they supplied the toiletries and other things you'd need. It's within walking distance of the mall and near Rotorua lake. The receptionist was superb, a kind, nice and accommodating lady who did a great job. I'd highly recommend the lodge and would book again if I get the chance.

I first booked this motel at the last minute one day and wasn't sure what to expect. I ended up really enjoying my stay, and now I'm a regular. The owners are lovely and welcoming, and every visit I'm met with genuine kindness and care. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, and they go above and beyond to make each stay easy and enjoyable. I always look forward to booking here when I can. Google may need updating, as it's different since renovation. Highly recommend!
