Being able to walk into town made the location really convenient, and the hosts also gave us great suggestions for hikes and things to do nearby. After a day out, the garden hot tub was wonderful. The garden itself is gorgeous, too. The room was very comfortable, with lovely bedding and thoughtful extras like lavender soap, shampoo and conditioner that smelled divine. For breakfast, we picked what we wanted the night before, then had it brought to our room on a beautifully arranged tray at the time we chose. Such a nice start to the morning. They also had a sweet surprise for our honeymoon. The hosts were so kind, attentive and welcoming throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Blue Ridge Studios and warmly recommend it to anyone visiting the region.

We loved our stay and only wished we could have stayed longer. Laura and Derek are incredibly friendly, and Laura had booked Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound for us six months ahead, which was so helpful. She even made us lunch for our Doubtful Sound trip. We also liked being able to choose our breakfast the night before on a form. The rooms are tidy and nice, and the garden is beautiful. There’s a hot tub guests can use, and dinner is easy since town and its many restaurants are a short walk away. We’ll definitely come back and would recommend Blue Ridge Studios B&B to everyone.

Laura was so lovely and easy to talk to, and breakfast was delicious. We were delighted with this cozy B&B and had a wonderful honeymoon here. It really felt like home, and we highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast was delicious, and the room was spotless. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the hosts at Blue Ridge were friendly and gracious. We had a lovely stay at this B&B and only wish we’d had more time.
