As a female traveler, I didn't feel safe here. Names, lengths of stay and license plate numbers for guests were displayed at the front of the building, and the door was left open. The glass door in my room was broken and covered with paper and tape. The owner also often walked around the shared areas in a bathrobe, which made the place feel uncomfortable.

The room was perfect, and the washrooms were spotless. We stayed only one night and wished we could've stayed longer. The service was wonderful, the place was beautiful, and there were plenty of food options nearby as well as the beach. Breakfast and snack options were great too.

The parking is diabolical, though the place isn't bad otherwise. They warn that getting pulled out of the ditch could cost 500 bucks. Also, watch your head on the garage door if you take the stairs from inside to the garage. Have a band-aid ready, there'll be blood.

My sister was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer back home, so I had to cancel our booking. The owner was extremely unhelpful and replied that all bookings are non-refundable. Whatever unexpected or devastating circumstances come up, apparently you need to be certain you can make the stay. The owner won't help otherwise.

I left because the place felt unsafe and unwelcoming. The foyer signing book was out in the open, showing guests' full names and room numbers. The proprietor sat in the lounge watching TV, and came across as a nasty, odious man. He refused to let me cancel, lied to booking.com, and sent rude, abusive messages. Reviews say he has entered guests' rooms at night. Don't go here.
