I wasn’t a guest at Hotel Bocas Town, but while sailing nearby I contacted them for help with a medical issue. They responded quickly, treated me with real kindness, and offered assistance without expecting anything back. That kind of genuine generosity is rare. If they treat someone who isn’t staying there so well, I can only imagine how they look after their guests. Thank you again!

We felt right at home and had a great time. The staff were friendly, helpful, and flexible throughout our stay. The hotel is right in central Bocas Town with ocean views, making it a great choice if you want to be in the heart of town. Angie, the new manager, is giving it a neat, elegant transformation, and the Chiringuito Bar on the oceanfront deck looks fantastic.

The staff are warm, helpful, and quick to respond, and the hotel’s smaller size made the experience feel welcoming and flexible. Our air-conditioned room was sound insulated, which was especially nice during Carnival. It’s a rare find, with easy access to the water and town just outside the front door. Much more than an ordinary hotel.

As an international solo traveler, this was one of my favorite hotels, and I’ll definitely come back. The waterfront setting is beautiful, and I loved being able to jump from the back deck into the clear waters of the Atlantic. The staff greeted me warmly and were attentive. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and comfortable, and the place is well kept with a lovely vintage feel.
