The staff were very friendly, and our room was clean. We were able to check in very early. Since we planned to leave at 3am on the last day and wouldn't have a chance to eat breakfast then, they gave us breakfast that day too. That was very fair. Plaza the armas is about a 15-minute walk away. Such a beautiful city, with a beautiful view of the volcanos.

We told the property we'd arrive after midnight when we made our booking, and they said that was fine. They also advertise a 24-hour front desk. But when we got there, the door was shut. After 20 minutes of ringing and knocking, we had to find somewhere else to stay. The property cancelled our booking and gave no explanation or apology. A real shame, since we'd been looking forward to staying there.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were quite large and clean, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably. Bed & Breakfast Cleofe Arequipa is about a 10-minute walk from Plaza de las Armas. Well worth it.
