Cigarette smell, poor customer service, and no proof of payment. Even paying ahead doesn't secure your room, and they may change the price by 300%. Worst hotel. I wouldn't recommend it.

There's just one blanket, even though it's freezing, and they rent rooms by the hour. The service is awful and they don't give receipts. At Baños del Inca, they charge an entrance fee and then ask for a refund in the afternoon. I don't recommend this hostel.

The owner treated us badly and, after the cancellation, still wanted to charge 60 soles per night. The place smelled of cigarettes, and he lets people who live badly stay there. I'm never coming back to this hostel.

They canceled my booking when I arrived, despite my having paid in advance. There was a cigarette smell, and I lost both time and money. I don't recommend this place.

It's clean and feels very safe, and the service was excellent. The bathrooms are very close by. I'd definitely stay here again.
