Hospedaje Santa Beatriz

The place seems clean and is handy for the airport and Real Plaza, but I found a hair in the sheets. The bathroom is very humid, the shower curtain is dirty, and it needs repairs. There was cardboard where the glass should have been in the room's main door. Reception was almost always empty.

The room smelled strongly of mold, and without a mat in either the bedroom or bathroom, the whole place felt like a swamp. There was a lot of outside noise overnight, and the staff did nothing about it. For a hostel, basic cleanliness, sleep hygiene, and care still matter. It wasn't worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. This was my worst hospitality experience so far.

Friendly staff, clean place, and hot water. It has the basics, and the prices are reasonable. Parking is a bit inconvenient, but it's okay if you're in a pinch 🤷. Thanks.

We had such a lovely time meeting our host and his children. Thank you all for looking after us so well.
