The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable, and breakfast was nice too. I had a really good stay at this hostel. The staff were so friendly and helped me plan my Colca Canyon trek, and it was easy to meet other people doing the hike.

The staff are great, the rooms are comfortable, and the hostel is close to the centre. There's a well-equipped kitchen, and you can leave your bags there for free. The showers sometimes run cold, though, and the wifi is unreliable in some rooms.

I stayed here several times during my month in Valle Sagrada, and it felt like coming back to family each time. The hosts are really friendly and helpful. It's a simple, inexpensive place, so don't expect a high-comfort hotel, but the small spaces, including the fully equipped kitchen and common areas, are organised well among the guests, even when it's full. One downside is that a host has to open the door every time, which means they spend a lot of time waiting for people to get inside.

The rooms are clean and really nice, which makes what happened with the staff such a shame. A staff member came over in a very disrespectful way and basically told us to shut up while we were speaking quietly on the terrace. There was no notice saying the terrace was off limits or that people couldn't be there, just the usual rule to keep quiet after 10 pm. There's a way to speak to people about things. We tried to talk with her the next day, but she walked off in the middle of the conversation. I've travelled for years and never had an experience like this. It was the first time I felt so uncomfortable that I wanted to leave as soon as possible. It's a pity a nice place has people like this working there.

The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, and made a lovely first impression. My room was clean and quiet, and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was good for the price, and the hostel is close to the city centre. Thanks for everything! Pachamama!!
