The rooms were old and in poor condition, and the service was terrible. They don’t allow visitors, either. The location is decent and the price is okay, but everything else was very bad. There wasn’t even soap in the bathroom...

We only stayed for one night. Our room wouldn’t lock, so it was left open when we went out, and the Wi-Fi signal was weak. The location does make it possible to walk to downtown Lima, Parque de las Aguas (Water Park), the stadium, and the bus terminals on Calle 28 de Julio, including CIVA and Hermanos Flores. You can also get to Calle Arequipa for buses to Miraflores.
