We were told a room was available, but after we waited uncomfortably for two hours, they said someone else had reserved it. I tried to be kind and pay directly, and got screwed. They quoted one rate, changed it, then changed it three times, including on booking after I pointed out the lower price. Those are facts. The place itself is just OK nice. Stay away. Read the other low reviews and you'll see others say they've lost money too. In response to your reply, I was quiet and exhausted, not rude. I explained that it's not acceptable to go back on your word with guests. It's about doing business fairly. The whole place depends on your energy, and this kind of thing makes it bad. Hotels shouldn't get defensive and call things facts when they're purely subjective. Check Airbnb or nearby hotels for more professionalism and kindness. It's there!

The view and bohemian feel are lovely, and the staff have been incredibly kind and helpful. My two girlfriends and I are here on vacation for six days, and we can't say enough good things about the place. Definitely ask for a tour of Victor Delfìn’s artwork. Thank you, SECOND HOME!

It's tucked away at the end of a quiet residential street, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The garden looks out over the ocean, and there's art all around. Miraflores, with its shops and tourist attractions, is a 45-minute walk away, or 60 minutes if you take the cliffs along the ocean. Staff are welcoming and very helpful. A great choice if you want somewhere with character instead of a standard room in a crowded area.

Local sculptures are displayed throughout the open, welcoming property, which sits on a cliff above the bay. The staff were very helpful when we arrived and throughout our stay. We're so glad we picked this unusual place, and would definitely recommend it.
