I checked in late and didn't have time to look around, but by morning I was leaving as soon as I saw how disgusting the place was. There were ants all over the sheets, dirty floors, and mold on the curtains. Piles of sheets waiting to be washed were left on the floor, covered in mold.

The ads are completely misleading, so don't fall for them. This place was a total disaster, and what we paid could've gone toward a park visit with money left over. Our family's worst experience ever. Calling it a haunted house doesn't even cover it. We were desperate to get out from the moment we arrived. Just awful! 🤮

The price was high, and safety felt nonexistent: the entrance is just a gate, with the key left under the doormat at night for guests to let themselves in. Inside my room I found four dead cockroaches, cobwebs and dirt on the floor, stained sheets and pillowcases, and a shower in terrible shape. Staff were hard to find. This hotel is awful, and I absolutely don't recommend staying here.

We had excellent service, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The area felt very safe, with parking outside, and the hotel is right by the beach where you can watch the sunset. Rooms and bathrooms are also really spacious, which made it a great family stay. I'll be back.
