I had a good stay here when I traveled solo to Baguio. I picked the hotel because it was close to most of the places I wanted to visit. Getting to the city center meant walking a few miles, but that was fine since I like walking. The room was meant for two, so on my own it felt extra spacious. It was clean, bright, and all the amenities worked. The hotel is old and has a bit of a vibe, and staying there alone felt a little eerie. The staff were approachable.

We stayed at Hotel Enrico for 3 days, 2 nights. The free breakfast was good, which we appreciated, and the stay overall was okay. But the room and its upkeep need work, so I’d give it 6.5 out of 10. The bed was clean, but the room was a bit dusty and the walls had stains. We didn’t get a guest kit at check-in and had to ask for one. Agoda said a hair blower was included, but there wasn’t one in the room, so we had to request it from staff too. The room heater didn’t work properly and the water wasn’t hot at all. Bathing was very uncomfortable, especially in Baguio’s 10-degree weather. That was the worst part of our stay. The hotel is around a 20-minute uphill walk from Burnham Park. It’s doable if you’re masipag maglakad, but others may find it tiring.

The breakfast was a real highlight, big servings, great taste and presentation, plus coffee and juice. We were also close enough to walk or catch jeepneys and taxis. What stood out most was how the staff helped us get a cab: someone actually went outside, stopped one, and brought it over. Kuya Ronaldo gave us places to visit when Klook tours weren't available, in October 2025. The owner was very attentive, too, and acted quickly and appropriately when a guest who seemed to have bipolar disorder was shouting. The whole team, especially Kuya Ronaldo and Mitch, made us feel welcome. My daughter and I felt safe there, and the hotel treated us like family. Our room, 207, was clean though not very updated. Since we spent most of our time out and didn't sleep much, it worked well for us. I'm so glad we booked here. We recommend it and will definitely return.

We booked two nights, but left the very next day and changed hotels. We didn't ask for a refund, we just wanted out. The bed linens smelled used and had stains, and the walls had black mold and water marks on the ceiling. The toilet doors were cracked and noisy, and one still had a hair tie left by housekeeping. We didn't try the shower. There was no hair dryer or soap, and there's no elevator. The security guard was asleep early in the morning. Parking is only available in front if there's space. While waiting to check in, we found the restaurant restroom dirty, with no door locks and overflowing bins. Food service ends at 9 PM, and food delivery isn't allowed. Breakfast came on plates and tasted just okay. The owner doesn't seem interested in maintaining or renovating the place. If you're considering staying here, don't.

From Nov 28 to Dec 1, we stayed here and paid $147, about P8,600. For that price, the room wasn't cleaned properly. A previous guest's envelope was still on the closet's top shelf. Internet was awful, so you may as well use mobile data. They don't allow food delivery, and the food served downstairs was mediocre. We asked for cleaning after the first night. The room looked clean at first, but the sheets hadn't been changed, and the mold spots were still in exactly the same places. We didn't ask them to clean it again the next day. Shower pressure was almost nonexistent, an issue other reviews had mentioned too. There was nowhere to hang clothes in the bathroom, and no mirror. Getting around is difficult without a vehicle because it's quite uphill, and there's no elevator, so you'll be taking the stairs. We could have found better accommodation elsewhere.
