Lindi Hotel Baguio

The manager was so rude. I won't have anything to do with this hotel again.

Our dog-friendly stay was a pleasant one, and our fur babies enjoyed it too. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and being a short walk from Burnham Park made exploring Baguio easy. Staff were friendly and accommodating, though there was some confusion when we asked to leave our bags after checking out while waiting for our driver. We had to explain the request, but they did eventually help us. A little more training on concierge service would improve things. I'd still recommend the hotel, especially for people traveling with pets.

Room 221 had unreliable internet, so it wasn't suitable for working online. The bathroom had black mold, drain flies, maggots crawling on the floor, and a shower curtain that also had mold and hadn't been replaced. Water pressure from both the hot shower and bidet was very low, and sometimes no water came out at all. A plumber checked it and said "ok naman," but I told him "hindi kuya" because the sink faucet had much stronger pressure. They didn't even offer a dipper and bucket. When I raised these problems with the supervisor/manager, she rebutted me right away instead of listening. I hope they offer a solution instead of just arguing, and that the City Health office looks into this.

The room had a nice view over Baguio, though exactly what you see depends on which room you get. It was a simple, budget-friendly hotel near the city center and Burnham Park, so there are plenty of things to do outside. My standard room had a twin bed and was spacious and clean, with basic toiletries and a hot and cold shower. Breakfast was included, with a basic choice served either in the room or dining area. The hotel and lobby were clean and quiet, the front desk staff were hospitable and respectful, and there was parking at the back for hotel guests.
