Burnham Park is within walking distance, which is a good location. But the apartment wasn't comfortable. There were cockroaches everywhere after we checked in, the cabinets were dirty, and there were no hangers. The utensils were too few for a big family, with more forks than spoons, and there was no heater at all. I contacted the owner but got no response or compensation before we checked out.

A peaceful place to unwind after a long day, and one I'd like to return to. Zenmist Properties’ transient condotel was clean and cozy, more like a home than a typical accommodation. Check-in went smoothly, the staff were friendly, and everything we needed was there. I'd recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

The room was clean, well kept, and had everything I needed. It felt cozy and relaxing, and the rates were affordable too. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located near the places I needed to visit, so getting around was simple. It was also easy to navigate, with transport nearby and staff ready to help. I had a pleasant stay, felt satisfied with it, and would gladly return or recommend the hotel.

Cockroaches were everywhere, even inside the refrigerator, and it was really hard to relax with bugs around. 🥲 The room was spacious, though, and I appreciated having a kitchen and veranda. They also helped carry my luggage and called a taxi for me at checkout.
