Getting around was easy since the place is close to both the airport and town proper, and I could walk to things. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the host was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included every day.

It’s an easy walk to the city center, and the price is budget friendly. The owner was kind and cooked for us throughout our stay, and they provided clean towels. They also sell vinegar, so bring some home as pasalubong!

I only got to stay for three days and two nights, so it felt way too short. On my last day I got to spend time with ate arlyne, the owner, and I was sad to leave. If I get to visit Batanes again, I’d love to stay at ate arlyne homestay, get to know her more, and try more of her cooking. Thank you, and see you again. ❤️

The owner, ate Arlyne, and her family made this feel like home. She’s warm, down to earth, and very accommodating. If you’re visiting Batanes, look them up. They’re also going to open a branch in Fundacion, which is such a breathtaking place.
