I’d consider staying here again. The rooms were roomy, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were professional and accommodating. It’s a comfortable place for either work or leisure, with a convenient location in Butuan. Breakfast was good and had a decent range of choices. They could improve the menu, refill items faster, and offer more variety for guests staying several days. Overall, the clean rooms and good service made for a pleasant stay.

The food was really great, and the rooms were especially clean and comfortable. Mam Dory and the rest of the HK staff deserve credit for keeping housekeeping standards high. I’ve stayed in a number of hotels around the city, and Amarah has been the best for accommodation so far. The FOs and bellpersonnel were warm and welcoming too. I was in Room 507 and will definitely return.

We were in Butuan on a recent business trip and stayed at this new, premier hotel. Breakfast came as a buffet, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. Downstairs there’s a coffee shop, and the lobby is spacious and aesthetically beautiful.

My husband and I are already looking forward to coming back next year. We were so happy with our stay at Amarah: the hotel was clean and beautiful, breakfast was good, and the service was wonderful. My sister-in-law and her family usually stay somewhere else, but we’ve convinced them to try Amarah.

The room was lovely, with a nice layout and comfortable bedding, and the facilities looked beautiful. But the parking area doesn’t seem secure from outsiders. The smart elevator was confusing to use, and it was easy to press the wrong floor. Breakfast was okay, but they forgot my omelet request. I followed up, and they still didn’t make it.
