The massage my girlfriend and I had for an hour and a half was nice, and cheap at 500 pesos each, roughly $10 in U.S. dollars. We ate at the food court across the street, and there’s also a small Asian noodle restaurant at the hotel. There were cute birds out front, and the room itself was clean. The instant coffee in the room was good, and they provide a little shampoo bottle and a small bar of soap. The TV worked, though some channels were blurry. You can’t flush toilet paper in the bathroom, so use the bidet, dry off with paper, and throw it away. The shower head was nice, but the water was only lukewarm, not hot. Nice place, but it was missing a few things.

The location was great when I stayed June 5-6, 2019, with restaurants, shopping malls, and spas just outside. But there was no security, so anyone could enter the building, and reception was open only at certain hours. In room 1 there was no phone or TV remote, and without a receptionist or phone we couldn’t use the TV. The bedsheet had stains, there was no warm water, and the bathroom had lots of water marks, as if it hadn’t been scrubbed. Worst of all, there was a used, dried-out soap in the shower. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste, just two soaps and one small bottle of shampoo. Two tea cups came with only one teaspoon. There was one water glass, but we didn’t use it because there was dried dishwashing paste on the inside bottom. It wasn’t worth the money, and was the worst hotel ever. I passed the hotel again the next day and saw my umbrella still on the veranda. They really don’t clean the rooms at all.

The location works well, close to the municipal area, lots of samgyupsal restaurants, the national highway, and SM Cabanatuan. The rooms were clean and nice, and we got two pillows each. There’s free Wi-Fi in the lounge, plus a spa and cafe.

It’s an average place, though I did get a sound sleep. I only wish the coffee shop stayed open until 11 PM.
