It's a decent place for the money compared with other stays nearby, but the details could be better. Just outside the center, the rooms are basic but have what you need, so don't expect anything fancy. We moved to a deluxe room for our last night because it was the only one available, and it had no WiFi, which was a letdown. We paid 500p for the airport transfer, which felt expensive, then waited over an hour in front of reception for pickup. No apology or compensation was offered. Just take a tuktuk, I guess. They should learn that the last impression lasts. We used the pool once. We were out during the day, and the surrounding trees and building usually leave it in the shade.

A lovely affordable find, only a few minutes' walk from the town center. The place was peaceful, with a beautiful garden, a pool area, and a billiard table. Rooms were clean and the bedclothes comfortable. Thank you.

The water pressure was low and there was no hot water. The price didn't feel justified by the quality. My girlfriend couldn't rinse the conditioner out of her hair in the shower, and they didn't offer a refund.

The rooms are basic for the price, and the water pressure was a little low, maybe because ours was on the top floor, but it was manageable. I also liked the friendly cats. I have cats myself, so I checked them for fleas before playing with them, and didn’t find any. It was easy to walk to restaurants for lunch or dinner, while the hotel was far enough from the busy spots that we heard no noise. We saw people looking for somewhere else after booking noisy hotels in town. The staff were wonderful when our tour was canceled at short notice. They found us a boat at a very reasonable price. The boatmen helped us buy food at the market, cooked for us, and took us to lovely islands at our own pace.

Clean, good value for the price, and the pool and location were great. The staff were great too.
