They lost one of our IDs after requiring us to hand it over. The scooters we rented came without helmets and cost twice as much as scooters in town. Staff weren’t friendly and showed no remorse. The lobby area smelled of ammonia, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and there was no cell phone signal. The beds had dirty linen and smelly pillows, and were as hard as concrete. If I could give negative stars, I would.
