The noise from traffic outside kept me from sleeping, and when I asked for help, the hotel just said there was nothing they could do. The room was cramped, the shower barely had any water, the bidet leaked, the Wi-Fi was poor, and the TV picture was blurry. I'm honestly upset with my stay. It was the worst hotel experience I've had, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Roxas night market and People's park are close enough to walk to, which I really liked. I had a lovely overnight stay and would like to visit Davao city again.

We only stayed one night, but that was enough to see how bad it was. The room was extremely small, and there were cockroaches and other insects. They didn't even provide water. For what it offers, the place is far too expensive, and I wouldn't call it a hotel. Definitely not suitable for families. This was the worst place I've stayed.

I felt safe and comfortable throughout my four-day stay at Central District Hotel. The rooms were clean and came with toiletries, and the rates were budget-friendly. The staff were courteous and friendly, too. Booking was easy: we called a few days before our trip and made the reservation over the phone.
