For a low budget, this place still gives you cleanliness, privacy, and good WiFi and phone reception. My room had its own toilet and bath, and the Globe, Smart, and WiFi signals were all good. The OYO staff were friendly and accommodating, and I liked hanging out on the roof deck. There’s also a mall nearby, plus a laundry service with courteous staff and plenty of good, affordable places to eat, from karinderias to classier restaurants.

I spent one night here before flying back to Manila. The place was clean and quiet, and the staff were accommodating. There are mosquitoes, though, and the nightly price felt a little high. It’s near the mall.

We booked a family room and were pleasantly surprised to get an apartelle setup with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. It felt welcoming and comfortable, and was more than worth the price. The place is near SM ecoland. I’ll stay here again on my next trip to Davao City and recommend it to my friends.

The bed and pillows were so good they made the stay worth every peso. The cable TV and mini fridge were handy too. But the air conditioner was deafening, most of the bathroom pipes leaked, ants were all over, and the kitchen cupboards looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or used in months.

Room was nice and clean, and the staff were very accommodating. I’d suggest adding an elevator someday so it’s easier to get heavy bags upstairs. Still, five stars from me. 👍🏻
