The room was spacious, with a well-planned layout and a lounge area that could fit extra guests comfortably. I loved the modern Asian design, and the room and shared areas were spotless and well maintained. Jesse, the manager, made everything smooth. He shared the Wi-Fi password, restaurant hours, and other key details up front, arranged our airport ride, and checked in over WhatsApp to see if we needed anything or wanted the room tidied. The other staff were polite, attentive, and proactive too. I’d have liked the coffee pods to be replenished during housekeeping, though I think they would have brought more if I’d asked. Paying by credit card would also be helpful. During heavy rain there was a noticeable smell from the drainage, which might be worth looking into. It’s a beautiful, well-run place with thoughtful service, and we’d happily stay again.

The only small problem was a bad smell from the drain near the toilet. Covering it with the trash bin helped for a while, and I hope they can address it for future guests. Aside from that, it was a 10/10 stay at La Fuga! The staff, especially sir jessie, were friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were clean and relaxing. It felt private while still being easy to get to everything. Thanks for the warm welcome and fantastic stay.

The rooms were clean and beautiful, and the location made it easy to get around, whether on foot or by bike. Jessie was always available and arranged our trips and transportation. It’s a gem, and we’ll recommend it to family and friends.

Jessie and the rest of the staff looked after us so well and made us feel welcome. They were very hospitable and helped with our bookings and arrangements. The place was lovely and close to everything. My partner and I will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Siargao!

The rooms are nice, and the staff are very helpful. But it feels more like a serviced apartment than a hotel. The restaurant was often closed, so when the typhoon brought rain and wind, guests had to go out to find food. They also switched off the generator during a blackout, just when it was needed most.
