The location is good, the room was spacious for me, the staff were friendly, and the rental price was reasonable. They also offer laundry service. But I’m giving it two stars because of several problems. The Wi-Fi didn’t reach my room. When there was an event, guests couldn’t use the main entrance and had to go through a back door into an alley beside a dirty, very narrow canal, where dogs sometimes barked at you. I rented the whole room for two months, and the contract didn’t say I couldn’t have guests. I’d already asked permission for my cousins to stay with me, but when they left, I was charged per person per day. That seemed ridiculous since it wasn’t stated in the contract. Other rooms had guests too, so I’d assumed it was allowed. If they wanted to spend money, they could have just rented a separate room. The first water from the faucet was always dirty and black, with soil particles, so I had to wait a few minutes before using it. Appliances weren’t allowed, but I still had to pay my own electricity bill at the end of the month.
