The Pad On Villa

The villa’s location suited us because it was close to the Clark waterpark we were going to, but this turned into one of my worst staycation experiences. We rented a four-bedroom villa for three days and two nights, and checked in late expecting it to be in great shape. The living and kitchen areas had decent space, but housekeeping clearly hadn’t managed the place properly. The floor was so dirty my feet literally turned black, and the pool had floaters in it and hadn’t been filtered. Only two of the four rooms had working air conditioning. The other two blew hot air in 40°C summer weather and needed maintenance. Maintenance couldn’t fix it and asked us to move the next day, which was another hassle. All the bathrooms had water marks and limescale, and the showers weren’t working properly. Housekeeping and maintenance were the worst parts. If you need to be near this accommodation’s location, fine, but don’t expect much from the facilities. We were really underwhelmed and unsatisfied.

We enjoyed the pool. There are four spacious bedrooms, each with a t&b, and five TVs, though most showed Korean shows or news. In the room to the left when coming up the stairs of unit 403, the shower head is broken. The refrigerator is nice and big.
