The front desk woman was so warm and lovely, and very helpful and efficient. The rooms are clean and large, just right for family getaways. The location is great, close to good restaurants, and parking is free right in front of the lobby. We’ll definitely come back!

The accommodation is simple and clean, and the price is fair. It’s a bit dated, but the location is the big draw. Hot breakfast is available on site for a very reasonable price, and the airport shuttle in a new van was reasonable too. We’ve returned several times over the last 30 years.

It’s old and quiet, right in the city center with fast food places and pharmacies all around. I was surprised they asked for 200 pesos per hour for early check-in, which seemed unheard of. When I said no and offered to wait in the lobby, they then quoted 700 pesos total for early check-in. I turned that down too, and they finally let me check in early for free. I don’t get it.

The staff were really nice, and check-in took only a few minutes. The location gets three stars, with fast food restaurants and pharmacies nearby. Parking has only two slots. Our room was clean, spacious, and had the usual amenities, but it looked and smelled dated. It could use a redesign. The outlets were far from the bed, so charging while relaxing there wasn’t possible. In the hallway, an old couch covered in stains was a turn-off, and the housekeeping cart stayed there throughout our visit.

The rooms are huge, the kind of space another hotel would call a suite. It’s also in a great spot, and much quieter than I expected with two busy streets nearby. The front desk team is really friendly, and they even let me check in early for free. Those little touches are why I keep coming back. It’s reliably above average.
