A good fit for students who need to study seriously or prepare for a major licensure exam. There’s a study hall and a fitness gym, plus karenderias, stores, major universities, and malls nearby 😊

It’s been more than four months and our security deposit still hasn’t come back. None of our follow-up messages got a response. I even went to the lobby in person and was told to email them, but I’ve heard nothing since. A waste of money.

There’s no specific “Forbes Hall” hotel, but many hotels and resorts earn a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star rating for luxury, service, amenities, and the guest experience. Reviews that mention “Forbes Five-Star” or “Five-Star” often praise the staff and luxurious accommodations.

Our security deposit still hasn’t been returned, even though more than four months have gone by. They ignore our messages. When I went to their office, I was told to email, but nobody ever replied. Really disappointing, and it feels like money wasted.

The rent kept going up the longer I stayed, even though I was a tenant for two years. Their ads are really misleading. I stayed at forbes hall almost two years mainly because it was convenient not to move and the location was near where I go. The staff were unfriendly and not accommodating. They barely respond to dormers’ needs or emails, but they’re quick to remind you about overdue payments and parcels that have been unclaimed for barely a day. I had several maintenance jobs done, and had to keep reminding them before anything actually happened. The photos on their site and fb page are outdated, especially compared with how the rooms look now. As shown in the photos, cockroaches are all over, in drawers and cabinets, in gaps by the bed frames, and sometimes even in the microwave and fridge. Weekly cleaning is included in the price, though it doesn’t actually happen every week lol, and it doesn’t really help anyway. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all, unless it’s just for about a month, and even then, goodluck.
