Parking costs ₱700, so using Grab, InDrive, or another ride service seems much more convenient than bringing a car. Pool entry also costs ₱150 per person. Towels are free for just two guests even though the unit sleeps four, and each extra towel costs ₱150. There was no Netflix or basic toiletries such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. We spent one night at Sophia Suite Shore 2 Tower 2. The host and co-host answered questions quickly and helpfully, and the location is convenient, about a 5-10 minute walk from Mall of Asia with an Alfamart close by. The room was nice, though we noticed cockroaches in a few spots and an unpleasant smell on the upper floors and in the elevator. It works for a quick stay near activities, but the amenities could use some upgrades.

There are street food stalls downstairs, an Alfamart, and Chinese restaurants nearby. The pool is large enough, there are plenty of elevators, and the lobby has lots of chairs and sofas. For an AirBnB staycation, Shore 2 is good value if you don't mind the parking issue. Guest parking is scarce, and the paid lots are small with very few spaces. We left our vehicle at Mall of Asia and took Grab cars to and from Shore 2. The condo units also feel cramped for three or four people. We were a family of three in a unit with two double beds, and getting around meant constantly making way for each other. As a place just to sleep, though, it was good enough.

The apartment complex looks luxurious, but that impression mostly ends at the lobby. The condos are cramped and have cockroaches, and guests need written authorization to visit, which is quite a hassle. The location is extremely convenient, with plenty of shops, cafes, and services on the ground floor of the surrounding towers. The seaside walkway and Mall of Asia are a 10-15 minute walk away.

This was my second stay in Shore Tower 2. The first was great, but lately the admin staff haven't been hospitable about pool access. It was terrible: they kept sending us to different doors and seemed to belittle us. Hospitality abroad is much better than this. Thankfully, the Lady Guard helped us after a while. Jed from admin was very inefficient.
